CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Prints purchased from Algonyus shops on Print-on-Demand (POT) platforms may fall into the following categories:
– artworks created using AI generation tools;
– derivative works: AI-generated images digitally enhanced or transformed by Algonyus using professional graphics software;
– original images manually created by Algonyus.
As the artist does not have direct control over the physical production process, prints manufactured and delivered by POT services cannot be guaranteed as unique or authentic unless accompanied by physical verification elements such as stamps, holograms, or other direct identifiers.
Only original artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity — in digital and/or physical format (paper).
This certificate, signed by hand or marked with an authentic stamp, seal, or hologram, is issued exclusively for works shipped directly by the artist.
Artworks fulfilled and shipped via third-party Print-on-Demand platforms are not accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
The certificate includes details such as:
- Confirmation that the artwork is an original creation by Algonyus
- Artwork Title: [Title]
- Date of Creation: [Date]
- Dimensions / Resolution: [Size or resolution]
- Artist’s Signature: Algonyus (Digital Signature)
- Unique ID: [Transaction or File ID]
The certificate is issued only in English, regardless of the destination country.
LICENSING ALGONYUS CREATIONS
License Terms:
- Personal Use:
The buyer may display or print the artwork only for personal and non-commercial use.
- Ownership Rights:
The buyer acquires ownership of the original physical artwork or the unique digital file, but not the copyright or reproduction rights.
The buyer may resell or rent the original physical artwork.
The original digital file may be resold only once; multiple sales, reproduction, or distribution of copies are prohibited.
- Restrictions:
The buyer may not reproduce, copy, photograph, scan, or create derivative works from the artwork without prior written consent from Algonyus.
Commercial sale, rental, sublicensing, or distribution of the artwork (physical or digital) or its image is prohibited without explicit agreement.
- Author's Rights:
Algonyus reserves the exclusive right to reproduce the artwork, as well as the right to use the artwork in compilations, collages, advertisements, derivative works, or other forms of exploitation.
- Digital Works:
The buyer may not create or sell posters, prints, NFTs, or other reproductions of the digital file without a separate license.
- License terms and conditions may vary depending on the type and intended use of the artwork.
- For commercial licenses, please contact Algonyus for a written agreement.
- The license is issued exclusively in English, regardless of the destination country.
